Keith Cunningham event

October 17th, 2007

Last Night 16th October 2007 I went to see Keith Cunningham in a presentation promotiong his new seminars in Paris in April 2008. I had a blast, Keith is one of the finest presenters I have ever seen and I thought this short seminar was better then when I saw him in Wealth Mastery. I suppose the difference really was that at Wealth Mastery Keith was talking about the stuff that he knows that suits the program but in this mini seminar he was talking about the stuff that really gets his juices flowing mainly making money in business!

His seminar in April 2008 is almost sold out but you can still get many of his products and access to future seminars by clicking here
I thoroughly recommend checking out this guys stuff. He was the original Rich dad to Robert Kyosaki and has made millions over the years and now dedicates his time to teaching others to replicate his success.

If you would like to know more about the seminar then Click here to view the different types of programs that Keys to the Vault offers.

what you link pain to and what you link pleasure to shape your destiny. Each of us has learned and adopted a unique pattern of behaviors to get ourselves out of pain and into pleasure. Some people do this by drinking, smoking, overeating or verbally abusing others. Others do it by exercising, conversing, learning, helping others, or making a difference in some way.

What are some of your pain-avoiding and pleasure inducing patterns? How have they shaped your life up until now? Make a list of these strategies. When you want to feel better, do you watch TV? Light a cigarette? Go to sleep? What are some of the more positive ways in which you could move away from pain and toward pleasure?

Forget the past and concentrate on now and the future. What you have done in the past is merely experience. Don’t beat yourself up if you have formed bad habits to make you feel good or to avoid pain. There is nothing you can do about the past as you can never change it. However you can forge a new future and create a better present for yourself each and every day. So think about how you can create the present and future YOU want for YOU.

For most people the fear of loss is much greater than their desire for gain. Most individuals would work much harder to hang on to what they have then to take the necessary risks to shoot for their dreams.

Which would drive you more: keeping someone from stealing £100,000 you’d earned over the last 5 years, or acting on an opportunity to earn £100,000 in the next 5 years?

Whichever answer you come up with it is right for you. But is it only right for you at this moment in time? You can change you attitude and alter your life for the better, but only you can decide. The decision is part of the execution towards achieving your dreams. The execution and mindset to achieve these dreams come next. Anyone can achieve greatness, but not everyone has the necessary drive, determination and belief. You can adopt these traits but only after the decision has been made.

often when we see greatness in others we assume they are just more fortunate, blessed with special gifts. In reality they have utilized a greater depth of their human resources simply because failing to be, do and share their all would be the ultimate pain for them.

The selfless life of Mother Teresa, for example, is driven by the clear relationship she made between anyone else’s pain and her own. This drove her to help anyone who suffered anywhere in the world. Her ultimate pleasure is alleviating their pain. (But as we’ll explore later, this was not always true.)

What gives you the most pain and the most pleasure, and how does this shape your life today?

One of the finest products we have discovered is the ability to create a dream board. This can help you to create a visual aid to your dreams. This can be one of the most vital tools you can have. To get one of the best aids with this vital part of achievement and progress click here

Mixed emotions are behind most patterns of self-sabotage, and they certainly limit the level of enjoyment and success one can experience in life.

For example, people often say they’d like to earn more money. Certainly they have the ingenuity and intelligence to figure out how to accomplish this. What stops them is mixed emotions or mixed associations. They may believe that amassing wealth would give them more freedom, security, and ability to help those they love. Simultaneously they may associate having “excess” money to being wasteful, shallow, and manipulative.

If you’ve ever found yourself taking two steps forward and one step back, invariably its because you have mixed associations.

i.e.., you associate achieving your goal to both pain and pleasure.

Do you have mixed emotions that affect your life.

One of the finest books on human emotions is now available free to all subscribers to Daily Inspiration from Tony Robbins. This book was written many years ago and is one of the most inspirational books ever written in the field of human development, and its free to you. That book is “As a man thinketh”, it has been used by Tony and by many of the inspirational people in the world today. Now this book is not necessarily an easy read. it challenges you in every paragraph to think and evaluate your life, however it is short and is perfect for those times when you have a spare 5 minutes and can just pick it up and put it down later on. Is there an area of your life you’d like to measurably improve - such as your finances or relationships - but something seems to be holding you back?

Write your answer on a piece of paper and draw a line down the center of the page. On the left, list all the negative emotions you have about it, and on the right all the positive emotions.

Are there more minuses than pluses? Is there one negative association that outweighs all the positive associations combined? Does the (im)balance reflect the results you’ve produced until today?

Under the bright light of conscious scrutiny negative associations often lose their hold on you; awareness is the first step.

Have you ever felt that no matter what you do you’ll get pain? For example, sometimes people feel that if they stay in a relationship they’ll be miserable, but if they leave they’ll be alone - and even more miserable. As a result, they do nothing…..and feel miserable!

Rather than feeling trapped, use your pain as your strongest ally. Think about what you’ve experienced in the past and the present. Feel the pain with such emotional intensity that it gives you the leverage to finally do something about it. We call this reaching emotional threshold. Instead of passively waiting for this inevitable emotion, why not consciously and actively produce it in a way that motivates you to make your life better, starting today?

This does not have to be applied to relationships, it can be used in any area of your life in which you feel pain. A great current example is debt, many people have fallen into the debt trap and can see no way out of the situation. There is always a way. Once you remove the emotion and look on any situation in a cold hearted way as if you were advising a great friend then you will be able to see the solutions.

It could be a job in which you are dissatisfied and not living the life you want, use the methods we will discuss and you will be able to change any aspect of your life, for the better!

Willpower never works, in fact I’ll repeat that….Willpower never works - at least not long term. Have you ever had the experience of hitting emotional threshold, lets say with your body, where you’ve “had it!”? What did you do? Maybe you denied yourself, employing the willpower strategy of dieting. But of course, any result you got was short lived because denying yourself food is always painful, and your brain will not allow you to continuously experience pain when there is an alternative.

So what’s the solution? Instead of fighting your natural instincts, simply change what you associate to food until you’ve conditioned pain to this pattern. Consistently remember the negative feelings you’ve experienced after overindulging. Make over eating painful and exercising pleasurable - and you will be irresistibly drawn to do the right things.

I saw a very famous Hypnotist do this once but not using hypnotism. He had an overweight woman on stage and she was discussing her passion for chocolate and how her frequent indulgence for this was ruining her life and affecting her weight! He cleverly waved a large bar of chocolate in front of her at she started to salivate and when asked said she could not resist the beautiful chocolate.

The hypnotist had her imaging the worst thing she could think of, which in this case was Sprouts, her got her to visualize the dreaded sprouts and the smell, texture, flavors and how they made her feel whenever she thought of them. You could see her retch at the very thought. He then increased that pain again and again. Then, he very simply created an association between sprouts and chocolate. He reinforced that chocolate was made with sprouts, tasted of sprouts, smelt of sprouts etc, etc.

After only 2 minutes of this pain he brought out the same large bar, waved it in front of her and the effect was amazing, she was visibly revolted by the same bar she had so desired only 5 minutes previously. Now you may ask well did this last……..I have to say when I saw this woman one day in my town, about a year later she was slim, happy and very much in control of her life.

one of my definitions of success is to live your life in a way that causes you to consistently fell an immense amount of pleasure and very little pain - and because of your lifestyle, to have the people around you consistently feel a lot more pleasure and very little pain. To do this we MUST GROW AND CONTRIBUTE.

How successful are you, by this definition? What could you do today to enjoy yourself more, or to give even more to those around you?

One fantastic way to contribute to the world is to forward this message to your colleagues and friends and encourage them to receive Daily Inspirational messages every day. Don’t worry if you think they may not want to, that is their decision.

Its a little like a great movie you may have seen or a fantastic restaurant you have been to, you want to tell everyone about it. Now they may not all agree with you and they may not enjoy the food or service but you have given them the chance to experience the pleasure you have received. Everyone could do with a little daily inspiration in their lives and together we can make a difference.

As always we will never allow anyone access to your details and we are committed to helping everyone to improve their lives one day at a time.
